Grand Ostium, Haru Tour, and Korea International Culture & Arts Exchange Association Sign MOU to Promote KoreaMongolia Cultural and Tourism Exchange

Joint Development of Inbound Tourism Programs Combining Weddings, Tourism, and K-Culture

Grand Ostium (CEO Ha-young Jeon), a wedding and cultural venue in Incheon, Haru Tour (CEO Yoon-ah Oh), and the Korea International Culture & Arts Exchange Association (Chairperson Sung-ran Park) have joined forces to promote cultural, tourism, and arts exchanges between Korea and Mongolia.

The three organizations signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at 11:00 a.m. on August 27, 2026, agreeing to combine their expertise and networks to expand international cultural and tourism exchanges, particularly between Korea and Mongolia, and to jointly develop new tourism content.

A key focus of the agreement is the development of a new type of inbound tourism program that combines weddings, tourism, and K-Culture. In particular, the organizations plan to develop a Korean-style small wedding experience program for Mongolian couples preparing for marriage, utilizing Grand Ostium’s wedding facilities and infrastructure. The program will also be linked with traditional Korean cultural experiences, including Hanbok and kimchi-making, as well as sightseeing programs.

Under the agreement, the three organizations will cooperate in the following areas:

Joint planning and operation of KoreaMongolia and international cultural and arts exchange events

Development of tourism products combined with cultural and artistic programs

Small wedding experiences for Mongolian couples preparing for marriage

Traditional Korean cultural experiences, including Hanbok and kimchi-making

Joint development of cultural content such as performances, exhibitions, concerts, and fan meetings

Exchange and training of tourism interpreters and cultural guides

Discovery and development of cultural and artistic talent in Korea and overseas

Grand Ostium will develop K-Wedding experience programs based on its wedding and event facilities and content. Haru Tour will be responsible for developing tourism packages and operating domestic travel programs, while the Korea International Culture & Arts Exchange Association will utilize its domestic and international arts and cultural networks to expand global exchange opportunities.

Ha-young Jeon, CEO of Grand Ostium, said, “Global interest in Korean culture is expanding beyond K-POP and Korean dramas into a wide range of areas, including weddings, beauty, food, and traditional culture. Through this partnership, we aim to create differentiated tourism programs that allow Mongolian couples preparing for marriage and other visitors to experience K-Wedding and K-Culture firsthand.”

He added, “Incheon is Korea’s gateway to the world, with Incheon International Airport serving as the first point of arrival for many international visitors. By connecting weddings, tourism, and culture and the arts, we hope to offer foreign visitors a new and memorable experience in Incheon. In the future, we plan to expand these programs beyond Mongolia to visitors from a wider range of countries.”

Following the signing of the MOU, the three organizations will jointly develop specific tourism products and cultural exchange programs and gradually launch initiatives such as KoreaMongolia cultural exchange events and K-Wedding experience programs.
